2. Commercial Terms
The Laundry Concierge provides laundry-related services, including but not limited to pickup, cleaning, care, and delivery services.
All services must be scheduled in advance and confirmed prior to service. Appointments may be booked online or by contacting a member of our team.
Pickup and delivery windows are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed arrival times. Exact arrival times may vary due to traffic, routing, and service volume.
Same-day or rush services are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
A valid payment method is required to secure all bookings. Prices, service descriptions, and availability are subject to change at any time.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
Changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
These policies exist to allow us to provide a personalized, high-quality experience for every client.
4. Retention of Right to Change Offering
The Laundry Concierge reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services, offerings, pricing, or website content at any time, without notice.
5. Warranties & Responsibility for Services
Services are provided using commercially reasonable care and industry-standard practices. While we take every precaution, The Laundry Concierge does not guarantee the removal of all stains, colorfastness, or fabric integrity.
Clients are responsible for checking garment labels and notifying us of special care requirements. We are not responsible for damage resulting from hidden defects, manufacturer flaws, or items that are not suitable for standard cleaning methods.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, branding, graphics, and layout, is the exclusive property of The Laundry Concierge and is protected by intellectual property and copyright laws.
No part of this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
7. Right to Suspend or Cancel Accounts
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account or refuse service at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms, misuse of services, non-payment, or behavior that disrupts operations or harms our business or clients.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Laundry Concierge, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your breach of any applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Laundry Concierge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state/country in which The Laundry Concierge operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the appropriate courts within the applicable jurisdiction.
